Description

Responsibilities:


  • Respond to customer inquiries via various face to face channels in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately in the system
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process

Skills:


  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
  • Experience with upselling or crossselling techniques is advantageous
  • Proficient in phone etiquette and handling high call volumes professionally
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
  • Multilingual abilities are a bonus

Job Types:

Pay:
From £24,391.31 per year
