Description
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via various face to face channels in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately in the system
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Experience with upselling or crossselling techniques is advantageous
- Proficient in phone etiquette and handling high call volumes professionally
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Multilingual abilities are a bonus
Job Types:

From £24,391.31 per year
