About the Night Concierge role:

The Night Concierge role has been newly created in order to offer enhanced support to clients during the night, responding to mental health issues and emergencies as they arise.

Largely the support will be provided by telephone but on occasion it will be necessary to visit the services, hence the need for the car.

Working within SHP's policy and procedural framework, the worker will ensure that the health and safety of the clients and their homes is maintained and that the environment supports the independence of the residents.

The Night Concierge will have access to support and advice from the On Call Manager as well as regular and ongoing contact with the wider Night Concierge Team.
