About the Maintenance Contracts Officer role:
We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Contracts Officer to join our team in Kings Cross. Operating across various London Boroughs, our goal is to offer a safe and welcoming environment for our residents to start their journey to recovery. The Maintenance Contract Officer is crucial in effectively managing our contracted services to support this mission. This position is ideal for someone who is resourceful, has strong interpersonal skills, and excels as a team player.
As a Maintenance Contracts Officer, your responsibilities include ensuring our contracted suppliers deliver high-quality and reliable services to our supported housing schemes, ensuring our clients have safe and comfortable accommodation.
You will oversee tender and procurement processes to secure contracts with suppliers that offer reliable, cost-effective, and high-quality services. Your role also involves ensuring all contracted suppliers meet relevant qualifications, health and safety standards, and insurance requirements during and after the contract period.
You will collaborate with the maintenance team to address inquiries from our supported housing colleagues regarding contracted services.
