    Our Wellingborough based client is currently recruiting for a Social Media Executive to join a growing marketing team in Wellingborough.

    As the Social Media Executive, your role will be instrumental in developing and executing the social media strategy across key platforms.

    This role is new to the business and has been designed for a dynamic and creative individual passionate about storytelling, capable of capturing and showcasing the brand and bringing their story and success to life through engaging video and imagery content.

    Day to day responsibilities include:

    • Working alongside the Marketing Manager to build and implement the a comprehensive social media strategy across all platforms LinkedIn, Facebook/Instagram, Pinterest and TikTok, aligning with vision and goals.
    • Creating, curating, and managing all published content (videos, photos, graphics, and written) across social platforms.
    • Responsibility for the shooting and editing of video content
    • Work closely with the marketing and e-commerce teams to develop campaigns that promote our products and services, driving engagement and leads.
    • Condensing content into engaging social media copy.
    • Travelling to event venues in the UK to capture engaging footage and testimonials for social media content.
    • Manage the social media calendar and schedule content across all brand owned social channels including Instagram, and TikTok
    • Reporting, monitoring, analysing on social media performance, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
    Skills and experience required:
    • Previous experience in social media marketing
    • Ability to create unique content with an understanding for the power of storytelling
    • Copywriting skills suitable for each platform,
    • Editing skills to be able to curate content using social media apps, canva, capcut or equivalent.
    • Experience with creating video stories (Reels/Titkok)
    • Full UK Driving licence with the ability to commute to the office and to events
