We have a dedicated, highly experienced team to lead you through your journey to become a confident and proficient practicing nurse The Preceptorship leads will provide a timetable of training on topics relevant to newly qualified nurses, in the latter part of the program we encourage and support you through the Edward Jenner programme to consolidate your learning and help you in practice.

We will follow your progress from start to finish and when you need a little extra help can provide the coaching necessary to get you there
