The Role

The Client Billing Advisor will be part of our Billing & Credit Control team and will look to assist our clients with any billing enquiries when buying or selling a property.

The role is heavily focused on providing an exceptional service to our clients throughout the conveyancing process. As well as reviewing and ensuring accuracy of data inputted both internally and by the external cashroom. The role works closely with various sub-departments of the Legal team including Fee Earners.

Responsibilities*- Conflict Resolution

  • Quoting
  • Accurate data entry
  • Managing case files within our case management software system
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail, including logging and distribution
  • Internal and External stakeholder management
Knowledge & Skills*- Exceptional customer service experience;

  • Confident and friendly telephone manner with strong listening and communication skills;
  • Efficiency and speed of processing work including typing;
  • Highly numerate
  • IT literate, comfortable working with and learning new systems on an ongoing basis;
  • Ability to work under pressure and remain calm and friendly;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Target driven;
  • Experience of working in a team;
  • Selflearning and a desire continually to acquire knowledge and skills
Remuneration*Starting salary is between £22,000 to £26,000 per annum depending on experience.
