    Quality Improvement Engineer is required for a leading technical manufacturer who boasts a fantastic reputation in their sector and is a brand truly associated with quality.     The role will include responsibility for ensuring products meet ISO90001 standards , and maximising customer satisfaction while minimizing costs. You will be central to ensuring that all procedures and processes are adhered to and that all incoming and outgoing goods meet ISO90001 standards.

    You will be reporting to the Quality Manager, it will be expected that you are able to undertake internal and external audits, writing of full audit reports, creation of 8D reports and liaise with supplies when issues arise. This role will require you to travel occasional this does include overseas.

    The Quality Improvement Engineer Role:

    *Responsible for final/in process inspection

    *Raising fault report notices and suppliers' correct action reports

    *Undertake internal quality system audits

    *Creation of 8D reports

    *Implementation of Quality KPIs

    The Quality Improvement Engineer:

    *Qualification to ONC level in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or have time served

    *Extensive experience in quality assurance

    *Recent experience in applying quality /manufacturing principles and tools within a production environment
