Exciting Opportunity to Join Our Team as a Learner Engagement Officer

Background / Purpose of Role:

We're seeking a proactive Learner Engagement Officer to ensure the achievement of business targets and maximization of contractual learner volume profiles.

You'll play a pivotal role in developing engagement plans, implementing business opportunities, and reporting on pipeline activity to support company goals.


Position Description:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Promote and communicate the Complete Skills Solutions offer, including Employability Programmes, and other business elements.
  • Achieve monthly targets aligned with the annual business plan.
  • Generate accurate reports for your area of activity.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including employers, referral agents, and endpoint clients.

Accountabilities and Responsibilities:


  • Translate learning and development solutions into saleable propositions for clients.
  • Act as the first point of contact and representative of the company with selected clients.
  • Promote the Complete Skills Solutions brand in line with the company's vision, mission, values, and principles.
  • Collaborate with internal and external colleagues to ensure programs meet client expectations.
  • Support the business in utilizing available funding contracts.
  • Identify current and future capability gaps and deliver initiatives to address these with clients.
  • Foster a learning culture for clients through effective planning, talent management, and succession planning.
  • Stay updated with developments in the L&D funding arena to best advise clients and develop solutions.
  • Utilize innovation to achieve growth and encourage its development in others.
  • Plan and prioritize personal activities to achieve agreed business aims.
  • Complete all necessary reporting to keep line management and the wider business informed of progress toward agreed targets.
  • Support the development and coordination of assigned engagement officers.
