    Role Title: Organisational Change Project Manager

    Location: Winchester (Hybrid)

    Contract: Permanent

    Hours: Full time 37 hours per week

    Starting salary: £40,950 to £44,394 per annum full time (Scale PO2)

    Closing Date: Sunday 28th April 2024 at 2359 hours

    Could you be our next Organisational Change Project Manager?

    We are recruiting to an exciting role to work within our business improvement team to support, deliver change and improvement within our ongoing force projects.

    What do we need from you?

    We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, organised and good communicator with the ability to work with a wide range of people building and maintaining long lasting relationships. You will also need to be innovative, bringing your sparkle to the challenge

    Project management qualification (Prince 2, APMG, Scrum or similar) is required.
