LOCATION - Wales, Caernarfon

SALARY - Up to £23,000


Working for a leading provider in utility contracting services and distribution network operators, in both the private sector and the public sector across the UK.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Including but not limited to the following:

  • Create Subcontractor Orders and post valuations.
  • Create and maintain accurate records of Purchase Orders.
  • Review datasheets for completed works.
  • Confirm submitted data is updated on Client's portal.
  • Phone customers and update the Customers Database.
  • Materials procurement, invoices and delivery notes processing.
  • Liaise with suppliers and manage delivery dates.
  • Prepare reports as required by operational managers.
  • Distributing weekly whereabouts reports for internal/external stakeholders.
  • General administration assistance for the Project Manager during the closure process of completed projects.
  • General administration duties to support the business unit, including note taking, processing and distributing mail (internal and external) and raising, receiving and recording job packs.
  • Undertaking any other adhoc administration activities as identified and required to meet business needs.

ABOUT YOU

  • Professional telephone manner.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and persuasively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Experience of using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Word, Excel and NAV.
  • Experience of processing Purchase Orders and Invoices.
  • Strong Interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships quickly.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and to act as an effective team member.
  • Must have previous experience of undertaking a similar administrative role.
  • Experience within the Utilities industry is desirable

Salary:
Up to £23,000.00 per year
