    Head of Quality Assurance and Reviews


    Our local authority client is looking for an experienced Head of Quality Assurance and Reviews to join their busy team.

    To lead the management of a comprehensive assurance regime to meet contractual compliance and statutory requirements, drive efficiency and maximise return on investment.


    • To develop effective processes for the quality assurance and reviews service dealing with all complaints, Ombudsman cases, Member enquiries, statutory reviews and appeals under the Housing Act 1996 (as amended).
    • Direct line management of two Team Managers.
    Detailed knowledge of homelessness legislation, guidance and caselaw, and knowledge of the broader housing environment


    • Experience in a similar role ideally within a local authority/public sector environment
