We are currently seeking a dedicated Housing Officer to join our team in Liverpool. As a Housing Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our housing services, supporting tenants, and managing properties effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Tenant Support: Providing support and assistance to tenants, addressing their queries, concerns, and needs promptly and professionally.
2. Property Management: Overseeing the management of properties, including inspections, maintenance, and repairs to ensure they meet required standards.
3. Allocation Process: Managing the allocation process efficiently, utilizing the property pool system to match tenants with suitable accommodation.
4. Tenancy Management: Monitoring tenancies, conducting tenancy reviews, and taking appropriate action to address any breaches of tenancy agreements.
5. Community Engagement: Engaging with the local community, building positive relationships, and promoting our housing services.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in housing management or a related field.
• Familiarity with property pool systems and allocation processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• A commitment to delivering high-quality services and supporting tenants effectively.

Salary Range: £22,973 - £23,938 (dependent on experience)
