- The Tax Manager i/ Tax Senior Manager s responsible for global tax filing compliance including supervising the process of timely completing and filing the applicable domestic and certain international tax returns
- Responsible for compiling and analyzing accurate financial data for outside tax consultants of the Firm's U.S. and international tax returns, including but not limited to the Firm's Federal and State corporate tax returns
- Responds on a timely basis to tax authority notices
The Successful Applicant - 7-12 years of corporate tax work specific to banking, investment management, or from the Big 4
- CPA strongly preferred
- Must be able to work 5 days a week in office in NYC What's on Offer
