This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused Insight Manager to join our growing Commercial team
Our new Customer Insight Manager will be joining at a time when we are building a data culture and will be responsible for not only creating impactful analytics but providing the 'story behind the numbers' to the area your business partner, to facilitate the creation of new approaches, workstreams and strategies.
The purpose of the Customer Insight Manager role is to deliver impactful data led customer insight, analytics and recommendations that drive the performance of the business.
You will help teams to understand their performance, identify issues and opportunities and build data led, customer centric strategies and business plans.
And as the Customer Insight Manager, you will be working with a lot of key stakeholders to help deliver your visionExtensive experience of using data to influence and drive decisions
Knowledge of a range of data analysis tools including Microsoft Excel and BI tools
Familiarity with identifying opportunities from customer data
Able to synthesise, clean and extract value from imperfect data
Expert in data visualisation
