IT Technician

Location:
Farringdon, London

Salary:
£30k - 35k D.O.E


We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated IT Technician to join a leading, multi-award-winning creative service company based in Farringdon.

This is an excellent opportunity for your own professional growth within IT and to work alongsidemultiple globally renowned corporations.

Key Skills

  • Installing and configuring hardware and software
  • Providing technical advice and assistance on digital media projects
  • Liaising with external IT providers and vendors
  • Configuring Windows/OSX devices
  • End user training, onboarding
  • Proven experience in a similar IT Technician role (print, broadcast or digital production)
  • Remote desktop and TeamViewer/RDP
  • Knowledge and experience of networking technologies
  • Adobe Creative Cloud Installation
  • VMWare monitoring/installation
  • Troubleshooting network problems (Meraki)
  • Good organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
