Miss Sohee has an exciting opportunity for a Haute Couture Client Relations Manager with extensive experience and knowledge of the Middle East and Asia to take our clients through an exceptional journey, offering them a personal one-to-one experience. This role is to develop and maintain excellent relationships whilst managing the end-to-end client relationship process.

The role :

In charge of communications with Private clients, attending client appointments, taking notes to ensure all relevant information about their requirements is taken, and following up on any action points, ensuring maximising sales potential at every opportunity.

Requirements:

• Excellent communicator and ability to build solid relationships with clients
• Developed client book is a must.
• Able to take measurements and understand fabric and fabric choice.
• Ability to communicate and build solid relationships
• Proven sales ability and evidence of driving sales within a store
• Adaptable in their style
• Appreciation for luxury goods
• Highly experienced working in couture or Haute Couture
• Demonstrate own initiative
• Work well in a small team
• Proven sales ability with a high conversion rate
• A developed client book
• Fluent in English

Beneficial:

• Extensive experience working in a luxury and couture environment as a Senior Sales
• A love of Couture and luxury is desirable
• Good knowlege of Middle East culture is a plus.
• Other languages besides English are desirable
