Responsibilities:

Oversee the daytoday financial operations of the business, including accounting, financial reporting, and analysis
Manage a team of finance professionals, providing leadership and guidance to ensure the smooth running of the finance function
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data
Prepare and review monthly management accounts, providing insights and analysis on business performance
Prepare annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, monitoring performance against these and making recommendations for improvement
Work with the Managing Director and the executive team to develop and implement business strategies and plans
Manage the cash flow of the business, including forecasting and monitoring of working capital
Provide financial analysis and modelling to support decisionmaking on key business initiatives
Liaise with external stakeholders, including auditors, tax advisors, and banks
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and legislation, including financial reporting requirements and tax laws
Continuously review and improve processes and systems to support the efficiency and effectiveness of the finance function.
