The Company & Role
Our client is a National Property Company that is looking to appoint an Asset Manager to its' Real Estate team, based out of Manchester, allowing hybrid working.
As an Asset Manager, you will be responsible for both maintaining and maximising the value of the company's property portfolio through proactive asset enhancement opportunities including but not limited to lettings, lease re-gearing/renewals including tenant relocations, and undertaking improvement projects including refurbishments, extensions, or redevelopments.
Key pre-requisites & experience includes:
- Ability to undertake all aspects of Asset Management
- Customer Service
- Collaboration / Communication
- Financial Budget Management
- Governance / Compliance
- Leadership Qualities
- Good Communication Skills.
- A proven track record of successfully delivering to objectives and business targets.
- Strong knowledge of property legislation (L & T Act etc.)
- Knowledge of Word, Excel, Property Management, Valuation and Property Data Systems.
- RICS (or AssocRICS) or working towards membership.
- Full and clean UK Driving licence essential.
