    JOB DESCRIPTIONWe are looking for a UX Team Leader to join our Digital and Content Team.

    This is a new role where you will combine excellent leadership with creative design skills, working to inspire supporters and equip global development partners for one of the UK's leading Christian relief and development agencies.

    We are looking for a candidate who can strategically lead a multi-disciplinary team to create excellent user experiences for our audiences.

    They will be both collaborative and confident, working closely with other leaders in the team to refine our delivery model and place/user needs at the heart of everything we do.

    You'll promote UX design best practice through all stages of that process.
    They will also be a skilled and creative designer who loves getting hands-on with design work.

    You'll join agile teams to deliver concepts and ideas that continually improve the digital services and products we offer, enabling an effective response to our vision and mission.

    What skills and experience you will need to apply:

    Excellent leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectivelyConfident line management capabilities, with the ability to build a cohesive, supportive and highly motivated teamA passion for user-centred and data-informed accessible design, with experience of facilitating user journey mapping, prioritisation, and co-design workshopsStrong, evidenced experience of creating UX deliverables (static wireframes, interactive prototypes, style guides) and high-quality designs for multiple digital channels
