We are pleased to be recruiting for an additional Production Manager for our site in Bromborough.
Accountable for driving site performance and operational KPI's, safety, people, quality, cost and service.

Leading a team of Line leaders this role will see you responsible for coordinating all operational site activities in conjunction with the Operations Manager whilst on shift.

I projects and improvements. Accountable for developing, training, and coaching individual skills and team competencies.

You will have Food Safety Level 3, HACCP Level 3 and ideally a management qualification, but experience will also be essential.

Ideally within a FMCG fast paced environment.
