Do you have customer service and administration experience?

Are you available immediately for a temporary assignment for approximately 6-8 weeks?


We are recruiting for a people focused Administrator on behalf of a reputable business on the outskirts of Horley, to start a temporary assignment for 6-8 weeks whilst they look to recruit permanently.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8.00am pm and then 12pm - 8pm alternate days. This role is 100% office based with free on-site parking.


You will be performing tasks such as filing, greeting customers and ensuring all the correct relevant paperwork is completed, making calls to follow up with existing customers, liaising with other departments within the business for information and obtaining relevant files.

You will be charged with updating the company database with details information and documents and will be proactive and capable of working in a busy and dynamic working environment.


This is a customer facing administration role, so strong interpersonal and administration skills are essential, as well as a confident phone manner.

A personable and friendly manner is required along with a flexible and positive approach to your work. You will be joining a small, very friendly and supportive team and this role could lead to other longer-term opportunities within the business
