Warehouse Team Manager - Nights

Salary £36,266 + £ 6,649 Nightshift allowance

Reading - Any 5 out 7 nights, 6pm start onwards

We supply great food to hospitals, schools and some of the best-known restaurants and pubs. We are currently looking for a talented and results driven Warehouse Team Manager for our Reading Depot

The role:

Communication of KPI's to the team
Plan and schedule the shift's work, assigning activities to the team
Hold start of shift huddles
Team motivation
Ensure administration is completed and date captured in a timely and accurate fashion
Work with Distribution/Customer services to assist in customer liaison
Staff utilisation and rota planning
Providing training and direction to team members were required
Absence management
