Our client, is a commercial organisation based in Hertfordshire that is looking for a proven HR Business Partner to join the team.

Reporting into the Director of HR, you will support by driving a strategic program of HR improvements which will enable themto become and employer of choice, as well as acting as the day-to-day lead for HR across a designated area of the business, delivering the needed wide range of people activities including Resourcing, Organisational Development, Employee Relations, Change Processes,Employee Engagement, Learning and Development and Recruitment.

This role requires the HR Business Partner to be out and about at their sites so extensive travel is required around the Heathrow/Surrey area but with one day at their Head Office in Hertfordshire.

You will need the following experience:

CIPD Qualified or equivalent
Proven experience within commercial HR role
Thorough knowledge of HR policies, practices and employment law
Track record in delivering value added HR practice
Experience within delivering a Business Partnering type service to a customer facing business
Excellent IT skills, including experience of a number of software programs and HR databases
