Experience in using business software systems- PreferableStrong people management Skills and previous experience of managing teamsExcellent organizational skillsForward thinker and prepared for changeExperience with MHE equipmentH+S Experience PreferableWhat will your role look like?Lead the warehouse department to ensure the operation is fully supportive of the organisation targets and objectives and ensure these are being met by the team dailyTo run the warehouse department in the most efficient manner and motivate colleagues to work to the best of their ability and are continually developedTo promote a culture of continuous development and improvement in a fast paced and growing organisationEnsure Health and Safety standards and legislation is upheld at all timesTo work with the following teams, Goods Inwards, Picking and Despatch to coach and develop themTo manage and oversee operational changes and ensure team alignment throughoutEnsure new warehouse team members are correctly trained and on-boardedEnsure stock integrity is maintained and followed within the teamOverseeing stock takes periodically and ensuring rolling stock takes are maintainedTo coordinate our logistics partners and ensure that the most cost-effective dispatch methods are used for fulfilment of ordersAttend and support company leadership and planning meetingsManage staff holiday, attendance and performance reviewsManage and flex daily work across the team to ensure the daily business targets are achievedWhat can you expect in return?28 Days holiday including statutory bank holidaysFree breakfast served every other FridayDynamic + collaborative work environmentWhat's next?
