Fin Search are recruiting a Finance Business Partner on a permanent basis for a reputable, well established business based in Bradford.

As Finance Business Partner, this role will be working as part of the senior leadership team responsible for providing insightful and meaningful financial support in order to enhance decision making and improve commercial outcomes.

Duties will include, however are not limited to, budgeting and quarterly forecasting, profitability and cash flow modelling, spend and return on investment analysis, project accounting and deputising for the Head of Finance when required.

This role will be responsible for the supervisory of a small team.

The business is operating a hybrid working model - 2 days in the office and 3 days at home per week.

Be ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualified
Have a proven background in commercial finance
Have a strong ability to build meaningful relationships with stakeholders
Have managed staff previously
