Customer Service Advisor

9 months contract

£22,000 - £26,000 (Pro Rata)

Dartford/Hybrid

My client, a leader in their field, are looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor on a 9-month contract to join a bubbly team.

My client, are known in the market for their positive reputation and are going through a massive growth period, which they hope to continue.


Role & Responsibilities:


  • Be the first point of contact for all incoming orders, queries and complaints
  • Remain empathetically and professionally while providing excellent customer service
  • Maintain the internal database by keeping all customer records up to date
  • General adhoc administration duties

Essential Skillset:


  • A minimum of 1 years' experience in a Customer Service/Telephone based role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Packages

Package:


  • Salary: £22,000 £26,000 (depending on experience)
