    Responsibilities:


    Assist the Head Sommelier in managing all aspects of the wine program, including curating the wine list, cellar management, and wine service.

    Provide expert guidance and recommendations to members, ensuring exceptional wine service and guest satisfaction.
    Lead wine training sessions for staff to enhance their wine knowledge and service skills.
    Assist in the development of wine pairing menus and special events, collaborating closely with the culinary team.
    Oversee wine inventory and procurement, ensuring optimal selection and quality control.
    Act as a brand ambassador for the club, representing the wine program with professionalism and excellence.


    Requirements:
    Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Sommelier in a high-end establishment, with demonstrated leadership abilities.
    Level 2 WSET certification or equivalent qualifications required; Level 3 or higher preferred.
    Extensive knowledge of wines from around the world, with a focus on luxury and fine wines.
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and educate both staff and members.
    Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage wine inventory and cellar operations effectively.
