    Each of our schools are proudly unique, however our collective purpose is to create an environment where everyone can, 'Thrive in a rapidly evolving world'.About the roleWe have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Head of Commercial Finance to join us on a 12 month fixed term contract in driving the strategic direction of the UK business,Reporting into the European CFO, the role will take responsibility to lead the central commercial finance team.

    Through coaching and developing a team of 4, the individual will head a high-quality function that proactively leads the accurate and timely production of budgeting, forecasting and ad hoc analysis for the UK.

    They will support the schools and ensure that data is at the heart of commercial decision making throughout the business.

    The role will therefore require strong management skills, ability to influence wider stakeholders throughout the business whilst willing to get into the detail to implement financial strategies that align with the organisation's commercial objectives.

    The successful candidate should demonstrate a robust understanding of financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting, coupled with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights for teams.

    The successful candidate will bring a proactive and results-driven approach to drive profitability and contribute to the overall financial health of the organisation.

    A relevant finance qualification, such as a CIMA / ACA / ACCA, and a solid understanding of the industry dynamics further enhance the suitability of candidates for this leadership role.
