    Hales Group are delighted to be supporting our client seeking a Customer Service Advisor based in Lowestoft on a Temporary to Permanent basis.

    You will be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound sales, as well as customer service communications, along with administrative tasks.

    Committed to surpassing customer expectations by delivering professionalism, expertise, and reliable advice and support. Customer Service Advisor duties will include;

    • Performing administrative tasks in response to customer orders and queries through calls and emails.
    • Ensuring the accurate processing of customer orders, including order details and pricing, on a daily basis.
    • Handling customer complaints and queries efficiently via email or telephone.
    • Collaborating with other departments, carriers, and suppliers to meet customer needs and taking ownership of customer issues.
    • Performing administrative tasks in response to customer orders and queries through various channels such as telephone calls and emails.
    • Ensuring the accurate processing of customer orders, including order details and pricing, daily.
    • Collaborating with team members, other departments, carriers, and suppliers to meet customer needs and taking ownership of customer issues from inception to resolution. Handling customer complaints and queries efficiently via email or telephone.
    • Implementing the buyer facilitator framework to assist buyers in making informed purchasing decisions and optimizing the conversion of order line calls.
    The successful Customer Service Advisor will have demonstrable experience of the following:


    • A positive "can do" attitude
    • Good problem-solving skills
    • Proven communication skills (written and verbal)
    • Has the ability to construct well written emails to customers
    • Works with a high level of integrity at all times when dealing with customers and others

    LOCATION:
    Lowestoft


    HOURS:
    Full-Time, Mon to Fri with occasional Saturdays


    TERM:
    Temporary to Permanent


    PAY:
