- Coordination of the annual Board and Committee meeting calendar
- Assist in preparing and distributing Board papers
- Assist with maintaining statutory books on Blueprint, compliance filings with Companies House and other regulatory bodies
- Assist in preparation and coordination of Director Emolument and Conflict of Interest forms; liaise with external auditors on information requests and Annual Auditor Letters
- Diary management
- Arranging travel and support on expense
- Managing incoming post and emails
- Dealing with general enquiries
- Monitor and proactively manage list of ongoing matters and deadlines for the Company Secretarial team
- Co-ordinating preparation for and taking minutes at team meetings
- Copy/audio typing
- Maintaining Excel worksheets
- Creating PowerPoint presentations
- Managing documents via DocuSign
- Manage and maintain the SharePoint site and the off-site paper archive system
- Assist with filming and photography permits, maintaining trademark register, manage data protection registration renewals
- Assist in the setting of the annual departmental budget
- Deal with invoices and POs
- Act as 'gatekeeper'

PA to Company Secretary
Our client are a leading Real Estate business based in London, who seek an experienced PA to Company Secretary to join them on a full time permanent basis.
Joining the close-knit team of 6, you will be required to provide comprehensive support to the Company Secretary and wider team. Excellent attention to detail is a must, along with the ability to work at a fast pace, in a deadline driven environment.
Hours: 9-5.30
Hybrid working: 1 day per week from home
