Description

We are looking for a skilled Welder Fabricator to join a team of skilled engineers based in Rochdale specialising in turnkey systems for the manufacture of a wide range of products

You will be involved in the design, manufacture, installation, and commissioning of complete process systems, incorporating the most up-to-date modern process and control technology available.

14 per hour

• Monday – Thursday 7:30am – 4:00pm
• Early finish on Fridays

* 28 days holiday

• Overtime available (paid at enhanced rate)

Reading and interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols

• Selecting and setting up welding equipment, such as MIG and TIG welders, based on the job requirements
• Preparing materials for welding by cutting, grinding, and cleaning surfaces to be welded
• Welding metal parts together using MIG and TIG welding techniques, while ensuring quality and accuracy of welds
• Performing routine maintenance on welding equipment and ensuring it is kept in good working condition
