C&C Search is recruiting a senior EA for a boutique private equity firm based in Mayfair.

As senior EA, you will provide support to a team of 5 executives ensuring the seamless running of their day to day.

Key responsibilities for this senior EA role:

Extensive diary management for 5 senior executives
Scheduling meetings and Board meetings often with last minute changes
Setting reminders for meetings, appointments, and other important tasks
Arranging complex international travel with car hires, hotels and restaurants
Being the main gatekeeper and point of contact for key stakeholders
Planning conferences and events
Handling expenses
Full ownership of ad hoc projects

What background and experience are the company looking for?

Minimum of 6 years' experience as an EA supporting senior level executives. Must have experience working in private equity or boutique finance. Degree preferred, but not essential.
