- Provision of Excellent Customer Service
- Provide high-quality customer service at all times, ensuring customer satisfaction and management presence on the floor during busy hours.
- Follow the Company standards for basic service duties.
- Check deliveries for quality and quantity and report any discrepancies as appropriate.
- Help the Manager control labour costs by adjusting to changes in demand.
- Lead by example, working professionally and supporting and caring for staff.
- Team Development and Performance Management
- Identify training needs of staff and inform the Manager.
- Participate in staff training to meet the Company's performance standards.
- Identify and report any performance or conduct issues to the Manager.
- Help monitor and comply with all legal and Company requirements for hygiene, food safety, health and safety, and keep accurate records.
