    Location: Provision Events HQ, Wimbourne, BH21 6QF. With international travel as required.

    About You

    ·Client Services Manager will be working with our clients before and during the events, so needs to be customer focused and be able to communicate at all levels.

    ·A sports enthusiast, pro-active, self-starter who is flexible and calm in a fast-paced, ever changing environment.

    ·Confident and challenging, always looking to do better.

    ·Straight talking and honest – a person that considers and respects those around you.

    ·Must have experience in client / account management in a similar agency – ideally minimum of 3 years

    ·The successful applicant will be required to be physically fit as there may be some manual work to build the event and have good practical communication and interpersonal skills.

    ·The role although primarily based in Wimbourne, Dorset, will require you to travel worldwide, primarily to the USA

    ·Self-motivated and committed to get the job done to exact standards with tight deadlines, and difficult conditions.

    ·Flexible attitude to working away from home and the ability to adapt quickly to changing demands and situations

    ·Having worked in the sports and/or events industry or a customer facing environment is an advantage but is not essential.

    ·You must hold a valid UK driving licence and be a confident driver overseas

    ·You must be prepared to work out of normal hours and at weekends as dictated by the USA client requirements

    ·Overseas experience is desired but not essential.

    Client Services Responsibilities...

    ·Working from our UK HQ, you will have the responsibility of managing and overseeing client work in the USA for our clients.

    ·This role will be part of a wider Client Services team, which cover the USA, UK and UAE

    ·You will be responsible for overseeing the client communication throughout the proposal, production and evaluation stages as dictated by the scope of work. Leading client calls where required, through to post event / project evaluation.

    ·Working with the Client Services and Production teams to ensure standards are maintained and that we are leading calls with clients, providing necessary agendas and meeting notes

    ·Your role will involve creating and managing budgets and proposals along with your line manager.

    ·You will work with the creative team to develop visuals and artwork required for the project.

    ·Managing and developing long term relationships with our key clients, to maximise the potential income through that relationship

    • In time, develop more clients and partnerships which will be of benefit to the business

    ·Being the point of contact for the client and working with them to enhance the product offering

    ·Ensure production team are tracking successfully and that we are keeping within allocated budget.
