Overview:

Responsibilities:


  • Oversee and manage daily construction activities onsite
  • Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans
  • Make sure the interior design is executed
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
  • Supervise and train workers and subcontractors
  • Report on progress to project managers

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Supervisor or similar supervisory role
  • Indepth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA guidelines
  • Ability to read drawings, plans, and blueprints
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills
  • Good time management abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Driving is a must as will need to drive to and from site with Designer (Travels will be reimbursed)

Pay:
£14.25-£24.19 per hour
