    Insight Global is assisting our client, global leaders in semiconductor manufacturing, hire for a full-time Onsite Service Engineer.

    The Onsite Service Engineer plays a critical role in undertaking all maintenance activities including installation and commissioning of our product lines in line with our global standards whilst ensuring complete customer satisfaction.

    They will also provide front line support for key field service activities at customer sites to ensure a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

    Their support will be aimed to resolve or escalate issues within the agreed contractual time frames and boundaries of all applicable regulations, policies and procedures to ensure organizational, safety and health obligations.

    They will report their feedback on activities into a concise report for submission to the line manager and/or technical support to enable informed decisions to be made to resolve product issues.

    Applications should meet this following criteria:4+ years of equivalent experience in a relevant technical field such as electronic, mechanical, chemical, gas, refrigeration or basic vacuum


    Education level:
    Technical Certificate or degree level in an Electro/Mechanical or Chemical discipline.

    Strong customer focused experience to ensure delivery of solutions that meet customer expectations and time framesAbility to understand and interpret Technical documentation relevant to the work i.e.

    Electrical Schematics, P&IDS and Mechanical Drawings PlussesExperience in Field Services and/or the Semi-Conductor fieldThis role is targeting a salary base of £38, ,000/K.
