Description

To provide an excellent customer support service to the Timpson Group ensuring that all complaints and queries received into the Customer Support Department are appropriately actioned and resolved in line with the department set targets.

,

  • Liaising with colleagues in the Department discussing complaints and rectifying problems.
  • Communicating with colleagues in our National Workshops for work in progress and delivery times etc.
  • Completing written correspondence and records of all ongoing issues.
