    Job Description:
    We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Primary Early Career Teacher to join our dedicated team.

    This role is perfect for individuals who are currently completing their teacher training placements or have recently finished and are eager to embark on their teaching career in a supportive and enriching environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of primary students.
    Create a positive and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and collaboration.
    Differentiate instruction to meet the individual learning styles and needs of students, including those with special educational needs.
    Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement a dynamic curriculum that aligns with educational standards and school objectives.
    Establish effective communication channels with parents and caregivers to support student progress and well-being.
    Engage in continuous professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and pedagogical knowledge

    Requirements:
    Completion of a Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field.
    Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or eligibility to obtain QTS.
    Passion for working with young learners and a commitment to their holistic development.
    Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
    Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute positively to the school community.
    Enthusiasm for embracing new challenges and opportunities for growth
