    Service Manager

    Location: Central Belt - Hybrid working with office bases across the Central Belt of Scotland.
    Salary: £34,000 per year plus additional expenses.
    Contract: Full-time, permanent.

    About You

    A successful candidate will be able to showcase the following:

    • Considerable experience in leading and overseeing Supported Living Services.
    • History of steering teams with a grasp of cultural transformation.
    • Dedication to the integration of individuals with a learning disability.
    • Comprehensive knowledge of the Self Directed Support Act and its principles.
    • SVQ Level 4 certification or equivalent essential for SSSC registration.
    • A clear comprehension of the necessity to develop and maintain partnerships with stakeholders, commissioners, and other third-sector providers.
    • Ability to lead our business strategy locally while promoting ENABLE Scotland with a focus on expanding our business.
    • Valid driver's license with access to a personal vehicle for work purposes.
