Salary:
Circa£30k

Position:
Permanent - Full Time
This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious
Graduate Surveyor to join an established, successful team of Surveyors based in the
Brighton area


If you are a graduate looking for a new position in the property industry with a forward-thinking company that will support you getting your RICS qualification, then this is the position for you.

You will be flexible with travelling around Brighton and the South East of England when required. You will be extremely enthusiastic and show willingness to learn.

The skills required for thisGraduate Valuation Surveyor role will include:

  • Degree (preferably in property)
  • Working to RICS or is willing to work towards it
  • Some experience in both commercial and residential valuations
  • Good telephone manner and positive attitude
  • Well presented, ambitious and selfmotivated
  • Knowledge of Brighton / South East England area
  • Full Driving License essential
