£85,000 + package + bonus (or temp equivalent)

I'm delighted to be partnering with this recently listed Real Estate Investor who are looking to recruit a Financial Controller to take full control of the finance function. They have exciting plans for growth and are looking for the person to have prior listed company reporting experience either through practice or business . Reporting to the CFO, you will ensure all aspects of financial reporting and analysis for the executive team and board are met on time.

As the ideal candidate, you will:

• Be a fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA)
• Have prior experience reporting in a listed entity.
• Have experience in working within a Real Estate or comparable industry.
• Have experience of leveraging the capability of an ERP and reporting is highly desirable.
• Have experience of planning and managing financial audits.
• Have excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills.
• Have the ability to operate at senior level with a proven track record of strategic thinking and a 'can-do' attitude to driving business growth.

The business is looking to recruit this person asap so it could be an interim, interim to perm or straight perm for the right person. You must be on a shorter notice (1 month or less) This ia a truly exceptional opprtunity for someone to step in to a business on a fantastic growth trajectory. You must have experience of reporting in a listed entity.
