Hoop Professional Services are continuing to work with a growing, welcoming law firm based in Cardiff and they are currently looking for a new Credit Controller to join the team

This position has come about due to their longstanding team member deciding to take a career break, they currently have a team of 3 with this position making 4 but they are a really supportive, welcoming team who work really well together so it will be an amazing position for anyone with a strong background in credit control

The overall firm has an incredible company culture, they really support and value their staff and have a range of really nice benefits including hybrid working, 25 days annual leave plus bank holiday, on site chef etc


Responsibilities include:

  • Sending monthly statements.
  • Reconciling the accounts.
  • Debtor reports.
  • Attend weekly meeting with the team to establish cashflow
  • Resolve client balances
  • Maintain effective and clear lines of communications with staff and clients
  • Manage queries effectively and promptly

Key skills required:

  • Strong background in credit control (legal experience desirable not essential)
  • Can work accurately under pressure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong IT and systems skills (Excel is key)

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£25,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Work Location:
Hybrid remote in Cardiff
