Compensation:
£22k - £32k (DOE) + Uncapped Commission (First-year OTE £40,000-£50,000) + Benefits

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Marketing Assistant in Bristol City Centre.

This role will be pivotal in driving sales initiatives while focusing on training and managing individuals within our marketing department.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.

Training and Development: Train and mentor team members on effective sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement strategies.

Individual Management: Provide ongoing support and guidance to team members, setting clear objectives and targets, and monitoring performance to ensure goals are met.

Campaign Execution: Assist in the planning and executing of marketing campaigns, including activities, events, and promotions.

Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, consumer trends, and competitive insights to inform marketing strategies.

Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and creative to ensure cohesive and effective marketing initiatives.

Reporting and Analysis: Track and analyse sales performance metrics, campaign effectiveness, and ROI to optimise marketing efforts and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
Proven experience in sales and/or marketing roles.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A creative thinker with a proactive approach to problemsolving.
