We are seeking an experienced Tractor Driver to join our construction and civil engineering team in Rhondda Cynon Taf.

The role involves operating heavy equipment and machinery to support various construction and infrastructure projects.

Operate and maneuver tractors and related equipment at construction sites to perform tasks such as excavation, grading, and material transport.

Assist with loading and unloading materials, ensuring they are transported and distributed effectively on-site.
Collaborate with construction crews and supervisors to ensure project timelines are met efficiently.
Proven experience as a Tractor Driver or heavy equipment operator in the construction or civil engineering industry.

Possession of a valid CPCS (Construction Plant Competence Scheme) or NPORS (National Plant Operators Registration Scheme) ticket for tractor operation.

Proficiency in operating tractors and related heavy machinery.
Flexibility in work schedule and readiness to work additional hours as required.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Any additional relevant certifications or licenses for heavy equipment operation.
Basic mechanical skills for routine maintenance tasks on machinery.
Competitive hourly rate between £21 and £22 per hour.
