Your role will include implementing standards, policies, and procedures for continual service improvement.
Provide first and second level technical support on incidents and problems
Monitor overall system performance and ensure smooth system functionality
Assist building compliance with processes and policies
Working to ITIL best practices
A proactive approach towards looking for risks and problems
Experience in installation, upgrading, configuration, and support of: Windows 2016/2019, Windows Server, AWS, and Azure
Knowledge of virtualisation with VMware, VSphere, (vSphere, vSAN, NSX), Net Back Up, NSX-v/NSX-T
Knowledge within networking, such as TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, LAN, WAN
Awareness of Citrix, NetScaler, Centrify and Network Skills
