About our client
Our client is a prestigious international investment firm with a strong track record. This is an exciting opportunity for an Investment Associate/Senior Associate to join their investments team in London.

You will support the investment and asset managementfunction for a specific portfolio of assets, through working with a deal execution team to conduct end to end deal origination and execution, and being actively involved in asset management activities.

The team will focus on investments in the Consumer sector.

What the job involves:

Supporting the investment team with endtoend deal execution process and asset management
Evaluating and screening investment opportunities
Developing and analysing financial models as well as assisting with due diligence
Supporting asset management activities, including asset valuation, monitoring financial performance and preparing internal and external portfolio communication
Managing Analysts/Senior Analysts/ Associates on the team

Who we are looking for:

You should have a demonstrable track record of executing M&A transactions
You should have a strong business acumen and a passion for technology, healthcare and energy investments
Degree in finance, business management, economics or equivalent, from a toptier university
