    Description

    Radis Community Care have an opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor based in the South West to join our team.

    This is hybrid role requiring regular travel to the services you support and some home working. You will have use of a desk and office facilities at one of our local services.

    As a HR Advisor you will be working closely alongside other members of the HR Team on a range of day-to-day general HR issues and HR related projects.

    Being the main point of contact over the telephone and email to provide HR advice to Managers and colleagues across the Company, referring to policies, procedures, and employment law as appropriate.

    Working with the team on TUPE transfers and ensuring all appropriate employee data is recorded on Radis' systems.
    Supporting the implementation of the new HR and Payroll system.


    The successful applicant will have at least 2 years previous experience of working in a busy HR Department in a similar role and a minimum of CIPD level 5 or equivalent.

    An understanding of HR processes and an up-to-date, working knowledge of current UK employment law is also required. Experience of providing HR advice within the care sector is desired but not essential.
    You must have a car available for business use and be prepared to stay away overnight on occasion.
