We are delighted to be working with a Peterborough based software company. They are recruiting for a Technical Support Analyst to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.


Key responsibilities will include:


  • Provide tech support to customers and clients
  • Diagnose problems through recreating environments
  • Log reported issues correctly
  • Provide customer support in a professional manner
  • Escalate issues when required
  • Experience in similar role
  • Understanding of server administration
  • Knowledge of networking
  • Driven interest in IT
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Full UK driving licence
