    Role Summary/Purpose of Job

    As a CI Analyst you will provide input and expertise to lead and support identifying and delivering opportunities for optimisation and simplification through process mapping, data analysis and change management. Acting as an accelerate, ensuring the case for change is made and delivered as expected.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Building cases for change using data and analysis for targeted areas of operational effectiveness aligned to the firm's strategy.
  • Generate trust and alignment across the relevant stakeholder groups.
  • Clear communication on the opportunities that can be improved, including the definition of the future state ways of working, accountabilities, and management controls.
  • Continually building your understanding of the firm both business and legal.
  • Ensure your outputs aligns and exceeds the quality focus demonstrated by the team, by striving for excellence through understanding, anticipating, and meeting the needs of the firm, its users and all stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate commercial awareness in your decision making, and be able to communicate benefits of all types, clearly and concisely to all relevant levels of the firm.
  • To observe and learn from senior members of the continuous improvement team. Requesting additional support when and where relevant.
  • Peer to peer support including collaboration and transfer of skill and knowledge.
  • Delivery at pace, demonstrating a determination to deliver, quantify and communicate change.
  • Ensure self-capability and relevant certification is sustained and developed.
  • Key Requirements

  • Lean Six Sigma - The role holder must have intermediate lean six sigma, or other relevant Continuous improvement experience and be able to demonstrate the use of continuous improvement & business transformation methodologies.
  • Change Experience - The role holder has some experience of successfully delivering and supporting delivery of sustainable and measurable change, at both a local and regional scale.
  • Technology Literate - The role holder is competent in the relevant software's utilised by, but not limited to, the Continuous Improvement team.
  • Language – The role holder is fluent in English, both written and spoken, with a good understanding of working across cultural boundaries. The ability to listen, clarify and share information easily is essential.
  • Building relationships – The role holder is always professional in their approach to all tasks, with the innate ability to build strong working relationships at all relevant levels of the firm.
  • Teamwork - The role holder will have an ethos centred around teamwork and will seamlessly and successfully integrate into this fast-paced and agile team.
