The role
The purpose of this role is to assist in the completion off all repair and improvement work safely, efficiently and to client satisfaction.
You will be required to communicate effectively with internal office staff, colleagues, managers and customers and to perform other duties as appropriate to the job level, including providing support to colleagues as directed by your supervisor.

In line with our 5-year growth plans, we are expanding our services and working with various clients across the North West so come and join our busy and thriving repairs and maintenance team.
Our repairs team is supported by our dedicated planners, supervisors and managers so you will be joining a great, supportive team with a high focus on values such as team work and high performance.
The right fit
- General experience in at least two of the following trades (one of which must be roofing): Joinery, Plumbing, Plastering, Groundworks, Roofing.
- Ability to work from heights.
- Ability to work as part of a team and on your own.
- Ability to query jobs and liaise with office staff and managers.
- Awareness of relevant H&S requirements and considerations.
- Experience of working with Housing Associations and managing repairs is desirable.
- Dealing with members of the public on a regular basis.
- Full UK driving licence.
